The ladies of Keep n' Stitches had the opportunity to go on a field trip to Lancaster, PA to enjoy the spectacular work of Sight and Sound Theater's production of Jonah. It started with an early morning ride up to Pennsylvania, lots of food sharing on the bus, and an hour long stop before the show scanning quilt shops.
Soon we arrived at the beautiful hall and took our seats, which were surprisingly close to the stage, and sat back, relaxed, and enjoyed the show. If you haven't gotten a chance to go see Jonah yet - GO! The sets and costumes are fantastic and as Pr. Scott said, the best part is the underwater scene. It will take your breath away.
After the show we had a delightful dinner at Hershey's Restaurant, just down the street from Sight and Sound. We thoroughly stuffed our faces and our tummies with delicious, country-style food and were quite satisfied.
The ride home was full of laughter and conversation. It is so much fun to hang out with these ladies! (And Mr. Scott, the sole male-presence, lol)
Thanks for the great day! Enjoy the pictures.
